Identify SPCJidoka and Pokayokeopportunities
Responsible forimplementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma concepts interfacingwith crossfunctional teams and otherdepartments
Support themanufacturing lines ensuring all specifications are assured andproactively looking to increaseefficiency
Training anddevelopment of productionteams
Responsible formonitoring and reporting key metrics and developing improvementplan
Lead andcomplete internal audits ensure all ISO Standard rules andregulations are enforced. ISO 9001 ISO 18001 ISO 45001 &ISO50001
Interface withother plants regarding product concerns responsible forinvestigations followup and ultimate customersatisfaction
Interfaceheavily with hourly and salaried manufacturing support personnelexternal corporate engineering quality and supplier qualityresources.
Support newproduct introductions supplier development activities relating tomanufactured components and is a key contributor to those overallsuccesses
Benchmark withother Schneider entities align and deploy projects to utilizedigital technology in the processrobustness
Whatqualifications will make yousuccessful
Bachelor ofScience in Mechanical or Industrial engineering or relevant 4yeardegreerequired
2years of experience with manufacturing quality manufacturingengineering orequivalent
Experience withLean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools 5S 8D Kaizen events 5 WhysDMAIC PFMEA Control Plans Process Flow Process Auditing ProcessCapability analysis ISO PokaYoke Jidoka designdesired
Application ofLean and Six Sigma techniques statistical methods certificationhighlydesired
