Essential Duties :
- Operation of all essential grounds maintenance equipment
- Supervises crew in weekly maintenance of
- Mowing, weeding, edging, site cleanup, gravel playgrounds, etc..
- Manages, trains, and coaches assigned personnel
- Assists in district stadium cleanup and repairs
- Wall and fence installation and repairs for wood and chain link
Essential Qualifications :
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years of commercial grounds maintenance
- Meets all insurability requirements as directed by CO School District Self Insurance
- Have valid CO Driver's license
- Submit to background check and fingerprinting
