CVOR Surgical Tech Compensation
- The pay for this position is $63 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
CVOR Surgical Tech Highlights
- Hospital Provided Scrubs
- 12-Hour Shift
- 11a 11 : 30p
- On Call Rotating Weekends
- Must live an hour away from the facility.
CVOR Surgical Tech Responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready for the procedure.
- Properly sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a sterile environment.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Working well with surgeons, surgical assistant, nurses, and general surgical team.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment used during procedures.
CVOR Surgical Tech Requirements
- Requires very strong cardiothoracic experience. cardiothoracic / peripheral vascular areas
- Strong understanding of surgical technology and surgical procedure.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity and the ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial in this fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
CVOR Surgical Tech Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
