JOB OVERVIEW
The Account Manager is responsible for managing their assigned client contract(s) under the supervision of the VP of Contracting & Operations or designee.
This position requires a strategic and tactical approach in working closely with Call the Car Clients, all departments within the organization, and has significant control over the structure and operation of meeting client service and financial requirements.
The role includes managing various aspects of service delivery such as reservations, addressing service, transportation, and claims deficiencies, as well as assisting in developing and scoping service offerings and cost reporting.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The typical working condition for this position is an indoor office, climate-controlled environment with controlled lighting and noise levels.
The job may require extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, and / or lifting of at least 25 lbs. The use of a computer or other office equipment(s) is also a requirement.
Some evening and / or weekend work and light travel may be necessary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact, serving as a training resource as needed, implementing new clients, and acting as a client / account liaison for all assigned contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to address and resolve service and / or performance issues.
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding the status of contract and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
- Extract and analyze data using various tools (proprietary software, excel, access, etc.)
- Develop and implement operation policies and procedures in compliance with contract requirements.
- Conduct ongoing review of policies & procedures in compliance with contract requirements.
- Conduct weekly client conference calls.
- Lead monthly joint operating meeting with client(s) (JOM)
- Create, review & approve monthly client reporting before sending it to Executive Leadership for final approval.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
