LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global company in the manufacturing and distribution space of high-end hardware and industrial / architectural components.

They are looking for career-minded individuals that seek opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented business environment.

This Regional Account Manager will be managing a 5-state territory and will be based out of Greater Los Angeles area.

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships while nurturing existing business in the Western Region sales territory.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to execute market penetration strategies developed to grow sales of premium hardware and component products in the Western Region territory.

Regional Account Manager Responsibilities :

  • Work with Executive Management to establish market penetration strategies and develop sales objectives
  • Execute sales strategies and manage the Industrial hardware business in the Western territory
  • Build new business relationships and grow existing customer accounts and channel partners
  • Participate in trade shows, channel partner exhibits and seminars and trade association events
  • Prospect and follow up with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors and OEMs to develop new business and secure projects

Regional Account Manager Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience
  • Experience working with Industrial OEMs, distributor sales, engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators a plus
  • Working knowledge of CRM and product database systems
  • Must be willing to travel
