Our client, located in the Bucks County area, is a healthcare innovator dedicated to improving health outcomes. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Specialist to assist with managing the full bid and proposal lifecycle.
This full-time role will play a key part in supporting the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. The salary range is between $55,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to final submission.
- Proactively research and discover bid opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- Summarize key opportunities for evaluation by senior leadership.
- Closely monitor and track bid opportunities for updates or amendments.
- Review relevant federal acquisition regulations to ensure compliance.
- Draft, edit, and finalize responses to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Ensure proposals are delivered accurately, on time, and with full compliance.
- Organize and manage bid documentation electronically for efficient tracking.
- Identify potential risks within bid proposals that could expose the company to liability.
- Collaborate with bid production support to ensure consistently professional responses.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in bid / proposal management (in lieu of a degree).
- 3+ years of experience writing bid responses for government contracts (preferred).
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility for outcomes.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive attitude.
This position is on-site 5 days a week.
