An experienced Bazooka Charlie's Barber / Stylist is responsible for delivering high-quality hair grooming services, including expert haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming.
They conduct client consultations to customize styles based on individual preferences and ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships.
The role also involves mentoring junior barbers, managing salon operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and staying updated with industry trends.

License / Certification
Applicants must have a valid cosmetology or barbering license (TDLR-issued licenses preferred).
Compensation
Experienced Barber / Stylists at our shops can make between $20 - $30+ per hour under our hybrid compensation plan.
