They are looking to bring on an experienced Analog Design Engineer who will play an important role in the success of the company and the future of optical communications!
Role : Analog Design Engineer
Location : Boston, MA
Salary : $160k - $180k plus equity options
The skills needed for the role include :
- 8 - 10 years' experience in analog design positions (ability to design, simulate, verify and characterize analog circuits).
- High-speed, high frequency experience.
- SerDes design experience.
- ADC / DAC or PLL knowledge / experience.
- Experienced with advanced process nodes.
- Experience with clock distribution systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with global teams.
- Tape-out experience would be advantageous.
