Opportunity
The Sr. Marketing Analyst, Social Media plans, creates, and coordinates communications to support KBNA Kohler Kitchen & Bath North America in achieving its business goals and implementing the brand’s strategies through digital media.
This position is responsible for support of planning, activation, measurement, and optimization for Kohler’s paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit, as well as additional support across key video and display platforms.
The scope for the role includes supporting upper funnel brand campaigns through direct-to-consumer conversion focused campaigns.
Specific Responsibilities
- Support portfolio management of paid social media activations across the Kitchen & Bath business to ensure prioritization, relevant content, and business impact.
- Partner with paid social channel manager to create social media campaigns that deliver on business objectives and align with integrated brand messaging platforms.
- Analyze campaign results to optimize the paid media spend across marketing channels based on ROAS and other KPI’s. Identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance.
- Ensure full-funnel integration and strategy across platforms and campaigns.
- Partner with paid media channel managers on weekly and monthly content and performance reviews with Marketing and Communications partners.
- Work in partnership with the Performance Marketing team to support test & learn campaigns, execution, and measurement.
- Own approved asset deliverable organization and trafficking processes to media agency for paid social media campaigns.
- Support real-time trade show and event social media coverage.
- Work with the influencer marketing team to drive engagement and amplification of influencer content.
- Responsible for remaining current with the social media landscape and technologies to seek out new opportunities for Kohler Co.
- Have a passion and commitment for social media and brand communication.
Skills / Requirements
- Four-year degree required. Emphasis in New Media, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or English preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of social media experience required. Will also consider Co-op or Internship experience with professional experience.
- Strong writing skills a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required.
- Familiarity with Social Media Management tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch or Hootsuite preferred.
- Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager is required.
- Detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills.
- Motivated by continuing education (seminars, classes, online learning, podcasts, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
