As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for our Marketplace solution, which provides the daily launch point for our thousands of customers to realize value from the PartsSource solution.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, you will engage the business and customers to identify technology needs, assemble needs into value producing technology deliverables, and own those deliverables through market launch.

Importantly, you’ll be a pillar of the Marketplace Segment team, driving forward a critical solution that serves as the interface to nearly 40% of biomed parts sales in America.

What You’ll Do

Drive Ecommerce Marketplace Best Practices

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize funnel traffic, conversions, and visitor activity.
  • Leverage analytics and other data aggregations to identify opportunities to improve channel performance.
  • Identify how the marketplace is used by customers, recognizing strengths and strategies to close down weaknesses.
  • Understand key personas, segments, and their contributions to the success of the channel, using that knowledge to make appropriate improvement decisions.

Engage Business and Customers to Identify Technology Needs

  • Drive roadmap discussions, providing expert perspective on your owned solution.
  • Drive product feature ideation discussions.
  • Perform user and stakeholder interviews to discover opportunities for innovation.

Assemble Needs into Value Producing Technology Deliverables

  • Transform ideas into executable requirements for developers and QA.
  • Manage and represent roadmap initiatives to development and QA teams to provide teams with business value context and gather concerns, feedback, and effort expectations.
  • Represent owned solution in appropriate Agile ceremonies.
  • Work with developers and QA daily to resolve and / or escalate challenges quickly.

Own Deliverables Through Market Launch

  • Communicate timeline expectations across the technology organization.
  • Own and execute product launch plans, providing launch communications, adoption drivers, education, and more.
  • Provide support, training, and problem / solution investigation to the organization as it pertains to your owned solution.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in how your owned solutions contribute to the technology landscape at PartsSource.

Your Background

  • Strong Ecommerce Marketplace experience.
  • BA / BS in business, marketing, or technical field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience within a software environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated results-orientation and strong project management abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and problem solutions.
  • Self-driven and motivated to delight customers and business partners.

  • Healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Experience in a Scrum / Agile SDLC.
  • Completed or in progress MBA.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified Product Manager.
