Responsibilities
- Facilitate 3-5 classes per week to ensure that COG P&C Underwriting new hires are fully equipped to excel in their roles.
- Conduct sessions where new underwriters work on live cases, ensuring they adhere to COG Underwriting standards.
- Design engaging classes and learning materials that meet the needs of COG P&C Underwriters and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Develop support materials to reinforce learning and engage managers in the training process.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative learning metrics to continuously improve our training programs.
- Utilize your expertise to facilitate classes across various lines of business.
- Collaborate with Global Learning Strategies Managers to implement effective learning solutions.
- Use Chubb Talent Experience (CTX) to track and measure the impact of learning solutions and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications :
- Deep technical expertise in COG P&C Insurance Underwriting is required.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage learners.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret technical information.
- Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Flexibility with working hours for various assignments (specifically UK based hours)
- University education preferred.
The pay range for the role is $92,500 to $130,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
