Seeking a recent College Grad for a Management Trainee position!
- Assist department managers with operational tasks.
- Learn customer service and branch management duties.
- Improve productivity and business operations.
- Supervise staff and conduct evaluations.
- Track customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Handle customer calls and maintain low abandonment rates.
- Process orders and resolve customer issues.
- Train new hires and develop training schedules.
- Prepare sales reports and address concerns in meetings.
- Manage driver routing and productivity.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues.
- Audit branch performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate staffing for smooth operations.
- Complete additional tasks as requested.
Schedule is M-F, 9a-5 : 30p. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Looking for new graduates with less than 2 years of work experience. 2-year degrees are acceptable.
