Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Operational Effectiveness Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.

C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• The Operational Effectiveness Analyst assists the Government in developing an integrated analytical framework to assess operational risks to border security.
• Support CRD in providing the Office of Border Patrol with integrated software tools for identifying and analyzing alternatives to mitigate operational risks.
• Participate in a variety of combinatorial analyses (e.g., Operational Effectiveness Analysis, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Situational Awareness Analysis and Cost Effectiveness Analysis) to make recommendations for decision support regarding deployment solutions in response to urgent operational needs.

Basic Qualifications :

• 5 years of technical experience in leading systems engineering requirements elicitation and alternatives analyses for solution development.
• Master's degree in an engineering, physics, computer science or related technical discipline.

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with software development using Python, C / c++ / C#, or other computer languages.
• Advanced degree in an engineering, physics, computer science or related technical discipline.

Clearance Requirements :

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
