Chief Engineer

First Foster Consulting, LLC (FFC), on behalf of TeamGOV, Inc. is seeking a two (2) O&M Chief Engineers, one will be located at Kenneth B.

Keating Federal Building, 100 State Street Rochester, NY 14614 and Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse 2 Niagara Square Buffalo, NY 14202.

The O&M Chief Engineer - Onsite Supervisor role demands a professional with significant supervisory experience in managing the operation and maintenance of complex assets.

Candidates must demonstrate their expertise and suitability through a comprehensive resume, meeting the specified qualification standards to ensure the successful execution of the contract.

Position Overview The O&M Chief Engineer - Onsite Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for the oversight and direction of the operation and maintenance (O&M) of assets under this contract.

The Onsite Supervisor will ensure that all activities are performed to the highest standards, in line with the contract requirements.

Qualifications Experience : The Onsite Supervisor must have at least 3 years of recent experience in directing the operation and maintenance of assets in a supervisory capacity.

These assets should be of a similar size, complexity, and characteristics to those to be operated and maintained under this contract.

Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the assigned assets. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for all O&M activities, ensuring clear and effective communication with the Contracting Officer and their designees.

Application Requirements A detailed resume for each candidate must be submitted to the Contracting Officer or their designee for approval during the Transition Phase and prior to the assignment of any supervisor to the contract.

Both new and replacement onsite supervisors must meet the following qualification standards : Resume Requirements Full Name : Include the full name of the proposed supervisor.

Employment History : Provide a detailed description of the relevant employment history. References : Include the names and addresses of the companies for whom the proposed supervisor worked for at least the past 3 years, along with the names and telephone numbers of immediate supervisors.
