Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Essential Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable :
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries.
Accounts Receivable :
- Generate and send out invoices to customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing issues.
- Post customer payments and reconcile accounts.
General Responsibilities :
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education, Certification, and Experience :
- High School education
- 2+ years with proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or similar role.
