  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries.
  • Help organize employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
