Pay Range : $70,000 - $100,000, base + commission pay.

Benefits : Medical, dental, a 401k with a 3% match, vacation pay, and sick pay.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE :

Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM with a lunch break.

Your Typical Day :

As a Service Writer, your day is a masterclass in orchestrating the seamless communication between customers and our skilled technicians.

You're not just documenting; you're crafting a narrative that ensures our customers understand and appreciate the service their vehicles receive.

Your role is a delicate balance of technical expertise and customer interaction, where each recommendation you make contributes not only to customer satisfaction but also to your own professional success, thanks to our competitive base salary and commission pay structure.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Extensive knowledge of foreign cars
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

PREFERRED :

• 10+ years of experience
• ASE certification
• Willingness to work longer hours
• Leadership skills
