Responsibilities :
- Prepare and revise legal documents for attorney review;
- Assist with SEC filings (form D, confidential treatment, and registration statements);
- Perform legal search using Westlaw, or LexisNexis;
- Coordinate closings, and file and track transaction documents with federal, state and local authorities as required;
- Compile and analyze transaction information for attorney.
Qualifications :
- Must have Bachelor's degree from accredited four year university or college;
- Must have five years' experience working as a corporate paralegal;
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must have experience using case management software;
- Must have experience using e-discovery databases;
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $87,500 and a maximum of $170,000 annually.
The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
