Sales Administrator (Folsom, CA)
LHH is teaming up with an insurance agency in Folsom, CA in search of a direct hire Sales Administrator! This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that fosters a culture of long-term employee retention and internal growth, led by an approachable and personable CEO.
The Sales Administrator will support the sales department with a variety of administrative tasks to help achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Learn company services and solutions provided by the company, carriers, vendors, and partners.
Prepare reports and correspondence for underwriting files.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and follow-ups.
Organize meetings
Attend client / broker meetings and networking events.
Provide clerical and organizational support, maintain databases, run reports, analyze requests, and prepare presentation materials.
Manage the sales inbox and support the sales process.
Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) questionnaires.
Evaluate and respond to sales inquiries and follow-ups.
Request additional underwriting information as needed.
Draft service agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAA), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
Maintain and update the sales database and pipeline using Salesforce.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Professional, and PowerPoint. Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
High school diploma or GED with at least two years of related experience.
TPA Sales Admin experience a huge plus
Location : On-site in Folsom, CA.
