Who you are : As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will provide nursing care to patients in a short-term observation unit designed to assess and manage patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission.

What you'll do : * Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
- Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes* Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
- You will serve as a mentor for your team.* You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.
