Description

Position at BayMark Health Services Human Resources Coordinator / Onboarding Specialist Opportunity in our National Support Center! BayMark is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Team! The Human Resource Coordinator enters and maintains a variety of confidential employee information in the organization’s computerized systems to include but not limited to background checks, ExponentHR and benefits.

Assists HR Director. Requires a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, as well as strong interpersonal skills, organization, professionalism, and initiative.

Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of HR functions. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree with at least two years of human resource / benefits experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • High levels of accuracy, follow-through, prioritizing and meeting deadlines are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle employee confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication.
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice
  • Demonstrate excellent observation and communication skills.
  • Initiative to take charge of unforeseen situations, solve problems and adjust to schedule changes.
  • Satisfactory references from employers and / or professional peers.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter employment data into the HRIS system accurately and timely.
  • Accurately processes all background checks in a timely manner ensuring the proper database are updated and agencies are contacted when appropriate.
  • Completes process by retrieving information from system and notifying Program Director and cleared information received.

All questionable information referred immediately to the HR Director.

  • Assist the functions of Human Resources through timely and accurate data entry and system reporting.
  • Maintains HR files by filing all documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Alert and follow up with appropriate team members regarding late or missing documents required for data entry.
  • Track all documents for compliance tracking of current professional licenses, driver’s licenses, auto insurance and all other paperwork.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Human Resource information as appropriate.
  • Ensure documents on ExponentHR are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee and agency information.
  • Participate in department meetings and other related activities as needed.
  • Special projects as assigned by management.
  • Interact with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the Company’s mission.
  • Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Create and maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to work.
