Summary
We are currently seeking a Full-time Project Coordinator to assist with client projects.
Description
Duties and responsibilities include :
- processing client POs,
- creating vendor / supplier POs,
- delivering projects to clients,
- maintaining and updating company project tracker,
- assist with pricing and client quotes,
- client communication as directed,
- vendor relations and visits as directed,
- coordinating shipping and receiving as necessary,
Qualifications
Candidate should have :
- excellent communication skills,
- be organized and detailed oriented,
- be computer proficient,
- have reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance,
- be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit,
- Light lifting of material is required for this position (typically under 50 lbs.).
