Boston area's Leading Commercial Flooring Installer, based in Woburn, is looking for a PM to join their team! Projects throughout Boston, along 128 belt.
Services offered : Installation, Surface Preparation, Moisture Mitigation

Job Description
The PM is responsible for :
- Managing all aspects of commercial floor covering projects
- Tracking and managing all project paperwork including all subcontractors, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc.
- Ensuring that all work is performed according to company standards and within the time frame allotted
- Maintaining a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and safety measures
- Working closely with the client to ensure that all project goals are met

- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at the forefront of each project

The Successful Applicant
The right PM has the following qualifications :
- 7+ years of previous relevant flooring project management experience
- Prior experience working with large Boston-based commercial GCs
- Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Exel + Word
- OSHA-Certified (understanding of OSHA regulations + safety measures)
- Comfortable with both on-site + in-office settings
