Resident Services is currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team at Province Hill Apartments. Previous sales and / or customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary.
We will train the right candidate!
Qualifications and requirements :

- Flexible and tolerant of change.
- MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid WI driver's license and good driving record.
- Reliable insured vehicle.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home.
- Conduct tours of Province Hill and remote properties and follow up on all leads.
- Process rental applications and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain resident and property files.
- Answer incoming phone calls / emails / texts and respond accordingly.
- Develop a knowledge of properties and local market conditions and trends.
- Participate in resident social events and activities.
- Conduct move-out inspections.
- Physically inspect the community, pick up litter and report service needs.
- Perform all duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

The hours are 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm M-F and 10am-3pm every other Saturday during the leasing season, with time off during the week to compensate for weekend hours.
