Compensation Range : $47 - 52 per hour

We are seeking a talented Designer who will be responsible for creating various designs, concepts, and graphics across advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral, and digital mediums for our client!

You will play a pivotal role in promoting their brand image and will be adept at creating mechanical files. The ideal candidate will possess the highest standards of quality, technical expertise, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute design concepts for advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral, and digital projects.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create cohesive and compelling visual communications.
• Create mechanical files for print and digital production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all design work.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of design innovation.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Education : Bachelors
• 3-5 years of experience as a designer in the beauty / fragrance / fashion industry.
• A genuine passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of the packaging production process.
• Self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to design details and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
