Downtown Gilroy's newest restaurant is searching for a Bartender / Mixologist to join a winning team and open a brand-new restaurant and craft bar.
Our ideal candidate will lead a strong team to produce incredible foods, work with local farmers to procure local goods, manage inventory tightly, and wow our guests with each plate.
You must have passion for what you do and love taking guests on a journey with your food. We offer benefits that rival any competitor and a company culture built to inspire excellence throughout our community.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide high quality service to customers
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
