Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support all financial aspects of generic and brand cost of goods sold.

This is a hybrid and key position providing the right individual an opportunity to support the business in successfully delivering both long- and short-term trade procurement financial targets and supporting the CVS CostVantageTM product.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical knowledge base and financial acumen, with proven ability to vision, strategize, and develop actionable tactics against key facts and data insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to successfully balance business priorities and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Ability to problem solve, identify, and remove roadblocks, triage, and prioritize issues.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a business-related discipline.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
