About the Role
Location : US‑West (Pacific / Mountain time zones)
As an Account Executive on the US‑West team, you will own the full sales cycle—from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals. You’ll be one of the key drivers of CrewAI’s revenue growth, working with FDEs and Customer Success focused on uncovering material pain linked to business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and generate enterprise opportunities in region
- Lead full sales cycle : discovery, demos, POCs, negotiation, closure
- Collaborate with FDEs to craft compelling proposals and POCs
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
- Understand customer technical stacks; position CrewAI vs competitors
- Handle objections, contracts, pricing discussions with professionalism
- Ensure smooth handoff to CS / FDEs and monitor renewals / expansion

Who You Are
6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally developer tools, infra, AI / ML)Proven track record of quota attainment; comfortable with $100k–$1M+ dealsSkilled selling to technical and business stakeholdersExcellent communicator and presenterResilient self‑starter thriving in high‑growth startup environmentsStrong business judgment and prioritization skillsBenefits
