Requirement :
- 7-10 years of experience as a mechanical engineer
- HVAC design experience REQUIRED!
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in commercial, healthcare, light industrial, municipal, education, or recreation
- PE license in NY is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Visual and MS Office software
Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Designing complete components of building mechanical HVAC designs
- Complete construction drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Review contractor submittals and provide clarifications during construction
- Meet with clients
- Manage projects
- Communicate and coordinate with architects, owners, other engineering disciplines, and other consultants throughout the design phases of the building project
