Summary :
Provides administrative support to the Director Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains current employee records.
- Assists with new employee background checks.
- Assists HR Manager with various research projects and / or special projects.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
- Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions.
- File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Prepares new employee files.
- Conducts New Employee On-Boarding
- Updated Employee Files
- Assist with bi-weekly Payroll
- Filing electronic and paper
- Tracking CPR / First Aid, TB Test and Certifications in Expiration Reminder
- Assist with employee file audits
- HR Mail EDD correspondence
- Performs other duties as assigned.
