Qualifications :

Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team and help prepare delicious meals for our customers
- In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards
- You will be responsible for setting up your station, preparing ingredients, and cooking dishes according to the menu specifications
- Your role is crucial in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service hours by providing the necessary ingredients for the kitchen staff
- Prepare Ingredients : Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice various ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses
- Measure Ingredients : Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality and cost control
- Organize and Stock Ingredients : Keep track of inventory and ensure that all necessary ingredients are available and ready for use
- Assist in Cooking : Support the kitchen team by cooking basic components of dishes, such as boiling pasta, grilling chicken, or sautéing vegetables
- Maintain a Clean Workspace : Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized, following food safety guidelines
- Follow Food Safety Guidelines : Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures to ensure food is prepared and stored safely
- Collaborate with Kitchen Staff : Work closely with chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- Assist in Receiving Deliveries : Help unload and store food deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality
