We are hiring a Corporate PET Injection Molding Specialist to work with a premier bottled water company that has a footprint across the USA.

Base Salary : 120-180k DOE ( FLEXIBLE )
Schedule : M-F normal business hours, 40-hour work week, no weekend work.
Essential Job Duties
Subject matter expert on PET injection molding machinery including (troubleshooting, repair, installation, preventative maintenance, etc)
Train plant personnel on all aspects of injection molding machinery (Husky or Krones).
Help standardize injection molding preventative maintenance across company
Tracking of Documentations all machines, preventative maintenance, mold rebuilds, and service work
Share injection molding best practices / knowledge across all plants
Follow-ups with plants to ensure all machines are kept in good conditions
Attend in person or virtual on all closing meeting with that plants have with OEM’s after service visits
Position will require a reliable means of travel
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience performing maintenance on PET injection machines, within plastics or beverage manufacturing industries.
Subject matter expert on PET Injection Molding Machinery with the ability to train others at various locations to plant personnel.
Equipment knowledge of SIPA, Husky, or Krones.
Experience within beverage industries or plastics (bottling lines)
Knowledge of PET and HPE plastics required, including specifically PET dryer / return air heat exchangers
Ability to process a PET preforms / HDPE cap on injection machines
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Travel
Up to 80% travel initially
100% coverage on travel expenses with free reign on travel planning.
Travel isolated to the M-F workweek.
Facilities sites are located in Midwest to the Southeast regions.
