In this role youwill :
- Support customer engagementby processing teller transactions sharing digital solutions andmaking appropriate introductions tobankers
- Complete operational activities whileminimizing risks under establishedpolicies
- Perform routine transactionaloperational and customer support tasks efficiently throughknowledge of bank procedures and products as well as partnersacross the organization
- Receive direction frommanagers and exercise judgment within defined policies andprocedures
- Escalate questions and issues tomore experienced roles
- Interact with customersand individuals to demonstrate care build relationships andcomplete requested transactions
- Identifyinformation and services to meet customers financialneeds
RequiredQualifications :
6 months ofinteracting with customers experience or equivalent demonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following : work experiencetraining military experienceeducation

- Customer servicefocus with experience handling complex transactions across multiplesystems
- Ability to educate and connectcustomers to technology and share the value of mobile bankingoptions
- Ability to interact with integrity andprofessionalism with customers and teammembers
- Experience working with others on ateam to meet customer needs
- Cash handlingexperience
- Ability to follow policiesprocedures and regulations
- Ability to identifypotential fraud / risky accounts and take appropriate action toprevent loss
- Wellorganized independent and ableto prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
- Ability to exercise judgment raisequestions to management and adhere to policyguidelines
- Relevant military experienceincluding working in personnel benefits management processingmilitary personnel orders or transitions wartime readinessoperations human resources or militaryrecruiting
- Proficient with proactively sourcingacquiring building and maintaining relationships with customers andcolleagues
