In this role youwill :

  • Support customer engagementby processing teller transactions sharing digital solutions andmaking appropriate introductions tobankers
  • Complete operational activities whileminimizing risks under establishedpolicies
  • Perform routine transactionaloperational and customer support tasks efficiently throughknowledge of bank procedures and products as well as partnersacross the organization
  • Receive direction frommanagers and exercise judgment within defined policies andprocedures
  • Escalate questions and issues tomore experienced roles
  • Interact with customersand individuals to demonstrate care build relationships andcomplete requested transactions
  • Identifyinformation and services to meet customers financialneeds

RequiredQualifications :

6 months ofinteracting with customers experience or equivalent demonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following : work experiencetraining military experienceeducation

DesiredQualifications :

  • Customer servicefocus with experience handling complex transactions across multiplesystems
  • Ability to educate and connectcustomers to technology and share the value of mobile bankingoptions
  • Ability to interact with integrity andprofessionalism with customers and teammembers
  • Experience working with others on ateam to meet customer needs
  • Cash handlingexperience
  • Ability to follow policiesprocedures and regulations
  • Ability to identifypotential fraud / risky accounts and take appropriate action toprevent loss
  • Wellorganized independent and ableto prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Ability to exercise judgment raisequestions to management and adhere to policyguidelines
  • Relevant military experienceincluding working in personnel benefits management processingmilitary personnel orders or transitions wartime readinessoperations human resources or militaryrecruiting
  • Proficient with proactively sourcingacquiring building and maintaining relationships with customers andcolleagues

  • Ability to work aschedule that may include most Saturdays
