- Verify all correct documents are in patient’s chart and documented properly (i.e. Consent forms, path reports, pictures, insurance cards, etc.)
- Identify persistent error trends and notify management immediately.
- Check and Compare all documentation to make sure that patient information is correct
- Verify results in Biopsy Book and the Results Log in EMA are correct and verify treatment has been completed.
