We are looking for an experienced engineering project manager to drive process improvement projects, work closely with external partners, client engineering, third party integration partners and other backend systems.
You will bring on a new issue management system for our partners in a fast paced work environment across multiple internal teams.
This will include managing project scope and technical issues related to implementation, leading problem resolution with cross functional teams, handling documentation, and effectively communicating project status to senior leadership.

Lead process improvement engagements within company frame work and adapting to cross-functional needs while providing project leadership and daily management through end to end project life cycle.
- Oversee all aspects of project development including timelines, resource allocation, scope and definition this may include development of detailed project requirements in areas such as operations or finance.
- Actively seek out and resolve cross-functional team issues by managing cross- functional business scope requirements and achievement expectations of the team.
- Manage server integration works directly with selected third party integration partners.
- Assist management in assessing and prioritizing projects.
- Analyze data and report to management and others.
- Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful
delivery of solutions.
Must Haves
Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques.
Goal oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross- functional environment at detailed levels
Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels.
Ability to quickly respond to changes in cross-functional inputs - adapting accordingly and positively.
Quantitative data analysis experience.
Experience coordinating technical subject matter experts in site reliability and business operations to assess risks and deliver solutions.
Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery
