Job description

Xcite Automotive is seeking a Reconditioning Center Manager for our dealership partners in Panama City, FL!

Our Recon Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing center operations, sales, and financials for respective dealership partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in managing Automotive fixed operations or equivalent in high-volume automotive vehicle processing and service.

Prior experience with fleet companies or other reconditioning centers is preferred. The manager hired, will earn a base salary of 65k plus a bonus incentive plan tacked on.

Job Responsibilities

  • All standards are met for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Maintain proper daily and weekly communications with dealership management
  • Create and maintain a work environment where employees have the tools, resources, training, and support necessary to operate in the most efficient and effective manner possible
  • Assist in all Accounts Payables / Receivables
  • Review and approve all payroll and bonus targets by defined deadlines
  • Approve supply orders and guide associates on budgeted usage
  • Conduct regular meetings with teams to set and review goals and expectations
  • Ensure assigned dealership center is effective and operating effectively.
  • Work with Leadership Teams to ensure proper staffing is in place to handle current and new business
  • Directly process recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and terminations
  • Ensure proper rollout of new products, policies, practices and procedures
  • Communicate with all team members and dealer clients
  • Provide important data and updates to Center Supervisor in a timely manner
  • Other duties assigned by Center Supervisor are not limited to the above

What you need :

  • Leadership experience managing diverse teams of 20+ people
  • 5 years of experience-Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable with managing complex processes
  • Hands-on mentality, someone who is not afraid to jump in at any stage of a process when needed
  • Strong communication and interaction skills required
  • Reconditioning knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Valid Driver"s License required

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote - Panama City, US)
