Role Overview :
The RSBDM is the key T2EARTH® OnWood® product ambassador, responsible for building new customer relationships, promoting OnWood® products, and leading market engagement across the region.
You will drive sales, manage territory growth, and act as the regional point of contact for distributors, dealers, brokers, contractors, and architects.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product tech support teams to generate traction for OnWood® eco-FRTW (Eco-Fire Retardant Treated Wood).
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Maintain a sales funnel to generate demand and growth.
- Account Management & Training : Build relationships with distributors, dealers, brokers, and architects; lead product demos and tech talks.
- Region / Territory Management : Prioritize downstream opportunities and maximize geographic impact.
- Product & Code Knowledge : Understand the technical attributes of OnWood® eco-FRTW and relevant building codes.
- Collaboration : Support sales forecasting and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance updates.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience : 5+ years with a degree (or 8+ without) in consultative, outside sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or real estate development.
- Skills :
- Industry knowledge of construction, building materials, and wood products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and adaptability.
- CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 70%.
