Job Summary.
Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead and related areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Should have at least Implementation experience in Core HR for Global Company across Multiple Geographies
- Must have worked on at least - Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
- Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
- Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Core HR.
- Experience in Implementing Any additional modules like ORC, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
- Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Required Skills
- Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
- Prepare the User Guides.
- Provide the Support for HR Key Users.
- Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.
Nice to Have Skills
Active Certifications in the Core HR module will be desired
Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead with an experience of + years.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent.
