Job Overview :

Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis.

Assumes responsibility for procedural and system controls, problem solving and teaching. Maintains all necessary QC, QA and documents required by accreditation agencies.

Will assist physician tableside with all invasive procedures and post processing and may participate on call

Qualifications : Required :

Required : High School Graduate

High School Graduate

Completion of an approved Radiological Technology Program that meets the requirements set by the ASRT and the New Jersey Certification Board

Preferred :

2 years of experience

Certifications and Licenses Required :

Must be licensed by the New Jersey State DEP and registered by the ARRT

BCLS and ACLS required for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and BCLS only for Interventional Radiologic Technologist
