Construction Estimator will play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of detailed and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bids that align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Salary ranges from $130-145K + phenomenal benefits.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree within a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within Cost Estimation
Experience with working in the General Contractor industry or within a Federal Contractor
Experience managing a minimum of $250,000 projects and upward to $10 million dollars
Experience estimating on bids and successfully procuring the project
Experience working on RS Means or any other cost estimating software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Lead the development of detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Oversee the entire estimating process, from initial client inquiry and bid preparation to final submission and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Implement estimating policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the estimating process.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project budgets.
Prepare and present detailed bid proposals, including scope of work, cost breakdowns, and project schedules.
Monitor and update cost databases, ensuring up-to-date pricing information and industry trends are reflected in estimates.
Provide support and guidance to junior estimators and project teams on estimating practices and procedures.
