We are seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations at the Granite Restaurant & Bar , located within the Centennial Hotel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the front-of-house team through onboarding, training, development, and motivation, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Develop and manage efficient, cost-effective staff schedules based on forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product storage, ensuring smooth operations and timely ordering.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review operational focuses, in-house VIPs, specials, and guest feedback.
• Create and implement inside sales and marketing strategies to drive guest engagement and increase revenue.
• Regularly interact with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Expedite food service during peak hours, ensuring seamless service flow and proper course timing.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and allergy protocols, and assist the team during peak service times.
• Work closely with the F&B Director to meet operational goals, labor efficiencies, and execute special events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date point-of-sale systems, including pricing, specials, and inventory tracking.
• Conduct performance reviews and administer progressive discipline when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a restaurant team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory control, scheduling, and cost management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
