What You'll Be Doing :
Lead & Inspire : Manage all aspects of the restaurant operation, fostering a motivated, high-performance team.
Elevate Guest Experience : Ensure each guest leaves with a lasting impression by delivering seamless service.
Drive Revenue & Profitability : Develop strategies to maximize restaurant sales and occupancy.
Community Engagement : Build strong connections with local partners, event planners, and corporate clients to drive business.
Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with other hotel departments to create special events, promotions, and unforgettable dining experiences.
What We're Looking For :
Proven restaurant management experience in a hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work closely with other hotel teams.
A hands-on, guest-first approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasts, and sales metrics to drive results.
