Huda is seeking a line cook! Must be available for Wednesday to Sunday dinner service. This is a full-time position. The right candidate will start at the Garde Manger position.

We are a neighborhood bistro on a cozy corner of Williamsburg near the Lorimer-Metropolitan L & G station. We offer a seasonal menu based on Lebanese & Syrian home cooking, using the best ingredients possible, gathered through relationships with like-minded producers of meat, fish and produce.
Our tight-knit kitchen allows an opportunity for one to work closely with our owner, executive chef & chef de cuisine to execute a menu in an inspired setting with familiar service.
