This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : Flexible schedule based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
- Job Setting : Home Care
- Types of Cases : In-home health and wellness assessments
- Credentialing Timeframe : 6-8 Weeks
- Immediate start upon credentialing
- Must have an active Maine state license
