Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Greet customers
  • Obtain and distribute mail and faxes
  • Respond to basic customer service related inquiries
  • Issue certificates of insurance and binders
  • Respond to billing inquiries
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Order supplies

Requirement

  • Must have a pleasant attitude and be personable.
  • Solid computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional office experience, and related insurance experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy work environment.
