We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Advent Geneva to join our team in Oaks, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

This is a hybrid working schedule; 2 / 3 days per week in office.

Mandatory Skills :

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domain
• 4+ years of solid experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories.
• Needs to have good understanding of the Advent Geneva application, the data model.
• Understanding of how data moves in and out of the Advent Geneva accounting engine and the nomenclature of the data that resides in Geneva.
• Migration experience in general (not around Snowflake)
• Experience with Agile fast paced weekly / bi-weekly iterations projects
• Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
• Experience with SQL, PL / SQL, data mapping
• Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
• Bachelor's Degree

Good to have Skills :

• Experience with JIRA
• Experience of working with development teams
• Certified in Agile (scrum / Kanban)

Job Duties :

• Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
• Understanding the requirements and writing user stories, use cases
• Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects.
• Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements.
• Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed.
• Support UAT, production incident resolution
