As the Sr. Advisor - List Acquisition , you’ll play a pivotal role in our donor acquisition efforts. Your strategic vision and analytical prowess will drive our success as we expand our donor marketing file.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : You’ll oversee one-time and sustainer giving donor acquisition strategies, with a laser focus on list acquisition.
Your expertise will guide our efforts to grow the ALSAC / St. Jude donor base.
Multi-Channel Excellence : Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel strategies to acquire one-time and sustainer donors.
Your creativity and data-driven approach will be critical in achieving our multi-million dollar revenue goals.
Collaboration and Autonomy : Work closely with cross-divisional teams and external partners. Your autonomy and ability to align strategies with organizational goals will be key.
Qualifications
Direct Marketing Expertise : You bring a proven track record in direct marketing list acquisition. Your insights will drive our success.
Financial Acumen : Experience developing and overseeing complex expense budgets is essential.
Vendor Relationship Management : You know how to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Analytical Ninja : Strong analytical and forecasting skills are second nature to you.
Audience Segmentation : You’ve developed audience segmentation plans that deliver results.
Fundraising Know-How : Understanding fundraising KPIs and evolving market trends is crucial.
Data Comfort : Working with large datasets doesn’t intimidate you.
Additional Skills : Curiosity, autonomy, big-picture thinking, and decision-making round out your toolkit.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fundraising, Business, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 8 years in a relevant role.
