We are looking for a Junior Analyst with French or / and Romanian languages for our Lease Administration department.

Role Purpose

The objective of the role is to analyze lease agreements and abstract data into clients’ database. This involves updating the database and reporting to other JLL teams.

What this job involves :

• Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
• Accurate abstraction of documents
• Diligent data entry within the indicated time frame
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with the contract, update the database with current costs, and track and maintain critical lease dates
• Resolve queries with other JLL teams

Desired skills and experience for this job :

• Very good English + Romanian and French
• Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
• Timeliness and reliability
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills written and spoken
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team

The position is hybrid : 2 days a week in the Warsaw office.
