Audacy in Greenville, SC, seeks an outgoing, hardworking, and creative individual to join our team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with the Upstate’s premiere radio group.
As part of our team, you'll have the chance to learn from and collaborate with some of the best in the industry. This position is on a part-time / on-call basis and most often requires weekday / weekend and evening hours in the radio station.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities :
- Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
- Work the board to produce shows and on-site broadcasts
- Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.
- May be required to perform light production work
- Other duties as required by management
Qualifications
Required & Preferred :
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- All employees must bring a positive, cooperative attitude and efficiently and expertly perform assigned duties.
- Represent Audacy and our radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner.
- The ideal candidate should be energetic, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience is helpful but optional.
- IT and social networking skills are helpful.
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
