Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
- Process incoming mail and deliveries
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Handle and coordinate active calendars and office events
- Maintain and stock the kitchen, copy area, and conference room
- Assist the Office Manager and Bookkeeper with tasks, as needed
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
